The Ravaglioli KPS32 is a high-performance 3.2-tonne 2-post lift designed to deliver reliability and versatility in professional workshop environments. Its load-bearing base allows installation even on floors with uneven surfaces or those that don’t fully meet standard concrete strength and thickness requirements (please refer to the manual for exact installation guidelines). With a lowered platform height of just 50 mm, it’s ideal for servicing vehicles with low ground clearance. The lift’s asymmetrical arm geometry is engineered to safely accommodate everything from compact cars to long-wheelbase models, while its short 3-stage front arms and long 2-stage rear arms, equipped with quick-fit telescopic rubber pads, ensure fast and precise positioning.
Engineered for long-term durability and minimal maintenance, the KPS32 features premium components throughout. Internal carriages glide on lubricated, environmentally shielded sliding guides, reducing wear and extending service life. Electronic synchronization and overhead cable routing eliminate the need for floor obstructions and cable realignment. The new column design allows for fast nut replacement from the front, while components such as bronze load nuts (50% longer), aluminium pulleys with cooling function, reinforced motor casings, and solid automatic arm locking all contribute to a safer, more efficient workspace. An acoustic anti-toe trap system ensures added operator safety without the need for mechanical foot guards.
