The Ravaglioli KPC32 2-Post Lift is a compact yet highly capable lifting solution, engineered for workshops looking to maximise space without compromising on performance. With a 3.2-tonne lifting capacity and a reduced base footprint, it’s ideal for smaller bays or tighter layouts. Its versatile arm geometry is designed to safely lift a wide range of vehicles—from compact city cars to long-wheelbase models—while short 3-stage front arms and long 2-stage rear arms with quick-fit telescopic rubber pads ensure easy vehicle positioning. Wide rubber-protected areas add an extra layer of protection, and the lift includes a set of two base plates that allow installation on concrete surfaces with lower structural quality.
Built for longevity and ease of maintenance, the KPC32 boasts electronic synchronization, overhead cable routing, and a new column design that allows quick nut replacement without dismantling. Internal carriages operate on lubricated sliding guides protected from the external environment, ensuring smooth, long-lasting performance. Premium-grade components—such as reinforced motors with cooling casings, aluminium pulleys, bronze load nuts that are 50% longer, and solid automatic arm locking—guarantee safety and reliability over time. An acoustic anti-toe trap system eliminates the need for mechanical foot guards, keeping the workspace both safe and efficient.

Installation
Our professional installation service is available nationwide, ensuring your new garage equipment is set up safely and ready to perform from day one. Installation prices for your lift are shown in the options above and added to your order at checkout.
Because our engineers travel to you, the final figure can adjust up or down with travel time, overnight stays and site logistics — we’ll always confirm the exact price before your installation date.
- Installation can be arranged prior to purchase — speak with our team to schedule a date that fits your timeline.
- Our engineers follow the latest safety standards and manufacturer guidelines, from single lifts to full workshop setups.
- Once installed, we test and demonstrate the equipment so you can start using it immediately.
Site requirements — your concrete floor
Vehicle lifts anchor directly into the floor, so the concrete needs to be up to the job before our engineers arrive:
- A level, even concrete slab at least 180mm deep throughout the installation area.
- Sound, good-quality concrete (grade C20/25 or better), free of significant cracks — not tiles, block paving, tarmac or a thin screed over hardcore.
- Newly laid concrete must be fully cured — allow at least 28 days before installation.
If you’re unsure about your floor, send us a photo or ask about a free site survey before booking — we’re happy to advise. Please note that if the floor is found to be unsuitable on the day, we reserve the right to withdraw the installation without refund, so it’s always worth checking first.
Warranty
Standard Warranty Coverage
All of our products come with a 12-month parts warranty as standard.
Some items come with extended warranty periods of 24 or even 36 months, also free of charge. If your product qualifies for an extended warranty, this will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
Parts Warranty
For Supalift products, we offer free replacement parts during the 12-month warranty period once we receive a description of the fault and supporting photos. If you prefer one of our engineers to visit and carry out the repair, this service is chargeable at:
-
£150 for the initial call-out, which includes the first hour of labour.
-
£65 per additional hour if more time is required.
-
For locations that require more than 2 hours of travel, we reserve the right to apply an additional call-out fee.
Full Warranty
When installed by our team, your lift will include full labour and callout cover throughout the 12-month warranty period, in addition to the standard parts warranty.
We highly recommend that if you do not use our installation service, you only work with a GEA-accredited engineer. If a fault arises during the warranty period and it is determined by our engineer to have been caused by poor or incorrect installation, the warranty will be void for both parts and labour. The decision to void the warranty in these cases will be based on the engineer’s assessment.
