The EAE 6435V2.B.60L.65T.E Four-Post Alignment Lift is a heavy-duty, long-platform alignment solution built for workshops servicing large commercial vehicles, long-wheelbase vans, and oversized 4x4s. With a formidable 6500kg lifting capacity and extended 6000mm runways, it provides exceptional stability and working space for precision wheel alignment and general servicing tasks. As the alignment-equipped counterpart to the “.S” version, this model features front turn plate recesses and rear sliding (side-slip) plates, allowing technicians to perform accurate toe, camber, and caster adjustments on even the longest and heaviest vehicles. Safety and operational control are ensured through a reliable mechanical locking system, FLOW-CONTROL technology to prevent rapid descent, a max-height limit switch to protect hydraulic components, and a descending alarm buzzer for added pinch/shear protection. The lift also operates on a 24V safety control voltage and uses an electrical release system on the E-version for efficient and user-friendly operation.
Designed for practical everyday use, the lift includes adjustable PD positions for different vehicle types and low-profile runways that make driving on and off straightforward despite the lift’s heavy-duty design. Installation is significantly simplified thanks to its compact quick-plug electrical system, which reduces wiring time by more than 70%.
