The EAE 6435V2.B.57L.50T.E Four-Post Alignment Lift is a high-capacity, long-platform solution designed for workshops that perform precision wheel alignment on larger vehicles. With a 5000kg lifting capacity and extended 5700mm runways, it provides exceptional stability and coverage for long-wheelbase vans, 4x4s, and light commercial vehicles. This “.B” version enhances the general-service design of the “.S” model by incorporating front turn plate recesses and rear sliding (side-slip) plates, enabling accurate toe, camber, and caster adjustments for professional alignment work. A flat platform and low-profile runway design make vehicle entry straightforward, while key safety systems—such as a mechanical safety lock, FLOW-CONTROL technology to prevent rapid descent, a max-height limit switch, and a descending alarm buzzer—ensure smooth, controlled, and secure operation throughout the lift’s travel. The 24V safety control voltage and electrical release system on the E-version add further reliability and ease of use.
Built with workshop efficiency in mind, the lift features adjustable PD positions to accommodate various vehicle wheelbases and a compact quick-plug electrical system that reduces installation wiring by more than 70%. With a maximum lifting height of 1830mm, a minimum height of 180mm, and a lift time of approximately 65 seconds, the EAE 6435V2.B.57L.50T.E delivers the power, precision, and convenience required for busy service centres performing both alignment and general mechanical work on larger vehicles.
