This fully automatic tyre changer offers a locking capacity of up to 27”, featuring a square plate with rounded corners to facilitate the disassembly of the second bead. It includes a clamping system with opposing jaws and two Ø 80 mm cylinders, ensuring optimal clamping force for all rim types. The jaws come with replaceable tips for durability.
The PG version (standard) is equipped with an inflation device, featuring a fixed control instrument with a graduated gauge and pedal control. The bead breaker has an ergonomic arm, allowing operation on wheels up to 15” in width, and a removable pedal unit for easy maintenance. The unit features 41mm hexagonal vertical arms and a 50×50 mm horizontal arm to minimize tolerances and reduce flexing with Run-flat tyres. The pneumatic rear tilting post ensures maximum rigidity. It operates with single-phase 230V power and supports inside clamping from 12” to 27”, outside clamping from 10” to 24”, and a maximum wheel width of 15”. The system operates at 8-12 bar and has a maximum wheel depth of 46” (1160mm)
